Evanston schools are invited to participate in the Evanston Green Living Festival to share the ways they have created environmental awareness or taken action on environmental issues.
School exhibitors can present garden produce, share how their green committee was started, or explain what their recycling club does.
Below is the critical information for schools and school groups wanting to be exhibitors at the 2009 festival.

- Registration Deadline: Friday, September 11, 2009
- Booth Location: Will be published in the Exhibitor Directory after you register
- Time to Setup Your Booth: Immediately before your assigned 2-hour time slot on the day of festival (October 3)
- Time to Remove Your Booth: At the end of your time 2-hour time slot
- Exhibitor Parking: One car/van/truck per exhibitor can be parked in the parking lot on the south side of Bridge St across the street from the Evanston Ecology Center. All other vehicles should be parked nearby in the residential neighborhoods.
- Physical Requirements for Booths and Displays: To Be Published in the Near Future
- Rain on Day of Event: The festival will occur rain or shine. There will be awnings above the booth locations to protect exhibitors from the elements.
